Erica Campbell, Director of Marketing

Erica was promoted to the Director of Marketing of For Rent Media SolutionsTM in  November 2010. In this position, she is responsible for overseeing all B2C marketing initiatives for FRMS & Homes.com. She manages brand reputation, is the driving force behind the email marketing strategy & speaks professionally on social media, new media, & search engine optimization for the multi-family housing industry.  Campbell also develops, executes, optimizes and analyzes a social media strategic plan across multiple channels including blogs, social networks, video sharing sites, and other conversational media. Nadeen Green, Senior Counsel

Nadeen Green has been an attorney since 1979.  She has taught Fair Housing law to the multi-family housing industry since the Fair Housing Amendments Act when into effect in 1989.  Her many programs (over 900) have been presented to apartment management companies and state and local apartment associations nationwide.  She has been asked to speak numerous times for the National Apartment Association and the Multi-Housing World annual conventions.  Her reader-friendly articles on Fair Housing appear regularly in industry publications and she blogs as Fair Housing Lady on a number of industry websites. Nadeen is proud to be Senior Counsel with For Rent Media Solutions, which offers print and online advertising products for all communities, whether through For Rent Magazine®, ForRent.com, Para Rentar, Senior Outlook, After 55, or specialized publications for condominiums and student housing.

Jessie Lambert, Organic Search Marketing Analyst

Jessie has been with For Rent Media Solutions since October of 2007. She helps to optimize and analyze Search Engine Optimization (SEO) objectives and goals to increase website traffic through organic and non-paid means. She spends alot of time researching industry trends, website visitor traffic and search engine rankings for our sites and competitors. She assists in Search Engine Marketing and social media initiatives, as well as educating the fields on SEO efforts. She graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges (which her colleagues most commonly refer to as “Hogwarts”) in May 2006 and although she lives in Virginia, she will always be a true Bostonian at heart.
